Our goal is to ship your order within two business days. Possible exceptions include:
If our fulfillment times are delayed more than 3-4 days, we will place a notice in the header of our website to inform shoppers of the delay. Please note that during busy shopping seasons, carriers may also experience delays that are beyond our control.
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for orders within the contiguous United States. The carrier is selected at our discretion, but if you have a preference or special delivery instructions, please include them in your order notes, and we will do our best to accommodate.
For orders over $200, we may require signature tracking to ensure your order arrives safely. You may opt out of signature tracking by specifying this in the order notes, but please be aware that we will not replace lost or stolen merchandise if you decline this added protection.

Ammunition can only be shipped to the lower 48 contiguous states. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.
(The claim must be concluded before we can move forward with replacements, refunds, or store credit.)
If multiple orders are marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, we may request an alternate address for future orders or replacement shipments.
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please keep all packaging materials, including the box, bubble mailer, packing material, and packing slip. Sending photos with your initial email will help us file a claim in a timely manner.
Failure to keep the damaged items may void your ability to receive a refund, replacement, or store credit.
If your order was shipped in a box and arrived damaged, the carrier may require an inspection. This could involve a driver inspecting the package at your location or taking the damaged box to a carrier hub. The specific process will be determined once a claim is submitted.
Shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances or peak holiday seasons. You may see tracking statuses such as:
If your package has shown no movement for 14 business days, we will proceed with a replacement or refund.
“No Movement” refers to the last update date on the tracking status from the carrier.
