All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. The returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To initiate a return, please email customer service at support@resetdefense.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail it to the following address:

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) days from the date we receive the return to process it. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
